What we collect

When you submit a form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, organization (optional), service of interest, inquiry type, and message. We also store the submission time and the country associated with your connection as reported by our hosting provider. We do not ask for and you should not send confidential, privileged, or patient information.

How it is stored

This website runs on Cloudflare. Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, a storage service operated by Cloudflare, Inc., and are accessible only to Bear Track Health. Cloudflare may process technical request data (such as IP address) to deliver and secure the website, as described in Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, conduct conflicts screening where relevant, and evaluate whether we can help. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

No cookies, analytics, or trackers

This website does not set any cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or other trackers. All fonts, images, and scripts are served directly from beartrackhealth.com; the site makes no requests to third-party services when you browse it.

Retention

Inquiries are retained as long as reasonably needed to respond and to maintain records related to conflicts screening, and may be deleted on request where retention is not otherwise required.
