Ongoing advisory services

Your Healthcare Practice Deserves an Advisor Who Understands the Whole Business.

For practices and healthcare organizations that want consistent access to healthcare legal, compliance, and operational guidance, rather than starting from scratch each time a question comes up.

Why an ongoing relationship

Continuity Is Its Own Kind of Risk Management.

An advisor who already knows your organization, your contracts, and your workflows can answer questions faster and spot issues earlier. Advisory engagements are scoped to each organization’s needs and documented in writing before work begins.

Possible engagement elements

What an Advisory Engagement May Include

Recurring advisory meetings

Scheduled time to work through questions before they become urgent.

Compliance program reviews

Periodic review of policies, risk analysis, and training against current operations.

Policy development & maintenance

Keeping policies current as services, staff, and requirements change.

Contract consultation

A consistent reviewer for new agreements and renewals.

Practice management guidance

Operational input on systems, workflows, and staffing structure.

Regulatory issue assessment

Early evaluation of regulatory questions as they arise.

Strategic operational support

A thinking partner for growth, new services, and organizational decisions.

Every engagement is individually scoped. No fixed plans or pricing are published.

Important distinction

Legal Representation and Nonlegal Consulting Are Different Services.

Legal services

Provided by Joshua Faucett as a Tennessee-licensed attorney, only after conflicts screening and a signed engagement agreement that defines the scope. Attorney-client privilege and professional obligations apply only within that relationship.

Nonlegal consulting

Operational, compliance-program, and practice consulting that is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Where a matter requires legal advice, that will be identified and addressed through a separate legal engagement.

Inquiry

Discuss an Advisory Engagement

Tell us a little about your organization and what kind of ongoing support would help.

Do not include confidential, privileged, or patient information. Please describe your inquiry only in general terms. Submitting this form does not create an attorney-client relationship.

A few sentences is enough. No names of patients or other parties.
