Joshua Faucett, DNP, JD, MBA, FNP-BC

Joshua Faucett founded Bear Track Health to give healthcare professionals and organizations something that is hard to find: one advisor who understands patient care, healthcare operations, and the law that governs both.

He is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with firsthand clinical and advanced practice experience. He holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice, a Juris Doctor, and a Master of Business Administration, and he is licensed to practice law in Tennessee.

His background includes senior healthcare executive leadership, healthcare compliance, clinical operations, and contract negotiation. He also brings military leadership experience, which informs a disciplined, steady approach to complex problems.

That combination allows him to see how a single decision moves through an organization: how a contract term affects staffing, how a compliance gap affects patient care, and how a business plan creates professional risk. Clients receive advice that is practical as well as legally informed.
